About Grbe

Grbe, a small place with around 180 inhabitans is located near two historical towns of Nin and Zadar.

Modern day Grbe was founded in 19th century on the remains of the former tobacco factory which had been built by Venetian nobleman Jerolim Manfrin. One of the entrances of the former tobacco factory has remained as a part of the main Nin-Vrsi road. The beach is only 3 km away which places Grbe on a border between the sea and green nature.

Besides seaside fun, one can also enjoy the agrotourism, long walks, cycling on the newly built cycling route, and there are 4 ponds for the lovers of fishing.
